The challenge.
AVENIR GLOBAL, a global communications firm, needed to standardize the technology in its meeting rooms across its Canadian offices while accommodating very different environments. Each location came with its own constraints, from large executive boardrooms to more compact hybrid collaboration spaces, making consistency difficult to achieve. Beyond the technical differences, the real challenge was to deliver a consistent user experience in every room: simple, intuitive, and reliable, regardless of the Canadian office. Managing performance, support, and updates across multiple locations also added another layer of complexity.
The solution.
XAV SOLUTION implemented a phased approach across AVENIR GLOBAL’s Canadian offices, starting in Halifax and then expanding to other locations, including Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec City. Each space was built on a standardized AV foundation, adapted to the specific use and constraints of each room while maintaining a consistent experience from one office to another. This approach made it possible to scale the installations without adding complexity for users. A Canada-wide support structure also ensures maintenance, performance monitoring, and a single point of accountability for the AVENIR GLOBAL locations supported by XAV SOLUTION in Canada. The result: a consistent meeting environment across AVENIR GLOBAL’s Canadian offices, with technology that works in a simple, reliable, and predictable way from one space to another.
