Reporting to the Sales Director, the Audiovisual Business Analyst is a key driver of the company's commercial growth and stability. They actively identify new market opportunities to attract new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones. Through strategic analysis and communication expertise, they optimize revenue and contribute to positioning the company as an essential partner for its clients. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to align commercial proposals with market expectations and ensure impeccable client service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze new business opportunities based on market needs and the company's offerings.
  • Prospect for new clients and build a database of qualified potential customers.
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to strengthen their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collect all relevant data and transmit complete files to the appropriate department to obtain quotes.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts ensuring they meet the company's strategic objectives.
  • Stay informed of new trends, methods, and technologies to identify factors that may become opportunities or threats and capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to create tailored and competitive offers.
  • Carefully manage interactions with prospects and clients using CRM tools.
  • Develop strategic action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay aware of the competitive landscape and market developments in order to adapt commercial strategies.

  • Client Acquisition: Meet or exceed objectives for prospect identification and conversion.

Requirements

  • Prospecting Skills: Proven experience in identifying opportunities and successful commercial negotiation.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent ability to persuade and build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to develop action plans while taking market trends into account.
  • CRM Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management solutions for precise tracking.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work closely with multiple departments to align products and services with client expectations.
  • Client Focus: Strong sense of client satisfaction and commitment to delivering customized solutions that meet their needs.
